Follow-up check-ins with you and your baby to ensure comfort, confidence, and wellbeing
Full lactation support: up to 2 sessions included (additional sessions available as needed)
Birth reflection and debrief: processing your birth experience and celebrating your journey
Hands-on support: helping with postpartum swelling, comfort measures, emotional support, and adjustment to life with a newborn
Guidance on newborn care: safe sleep, diapering, soothing, and establishing routines
Emotional support: addressing postpartum blues, anxiety, or general adjustment challenges
Resource recommendations: connecting you with community support, specialists, or additional education as needed
This is my discounted fee as I work towards my certification. I am happy to work with families pro bono if needed.

Breastfeeding – guidance on technique, comfort, and confidence for both parent and baby
Latch & Positioning – helping your baby achieve an effective, comfortable latch in a variety of positions
Bottle Feeding & Pacifiers – tips for safe, flexible feeding and integrating bottles or pacifiers if desired
Nipple & Breast Care – addressing soreness, cracking, engorgement, or other common challenges
Formula Support – guidance on safe preparation, supplementation, and feeding decisions
Pumping – fitting, scheduling and other strategies for efficiency, comfort, and maintaining supply
Milk Supply – support for low or oversupply, including troubleshooting and practical solutions
Feeding Schedules & Routine – helping you find a flow that works for your baby and your family
Parent Education – evidence-based information and reassurance to empower your feeding decisions
My sessions are typically 1-1.5 hours and my fee is currently $72 + travel fee if relevant.
